Two Bays Farm sold all six foals taken to the Inglis 2015 Great Southern Sale, with some astute buyers picking up our youngsters.
The top seller was a Smart Missile/Emma Princess colt that sold for $85,000 to Three Bridges Thoroughbreds through Paul Willetts Bloodstock. Paul Willetts also snapped up a Helmet/Kermis colt for $47,000 while Sheamus Mills Bloodstock bought a Lope de Vega/Light Tactic (USA) colt for $38,000, Hyde Park Bloodstock bought a Hinchibrook/Table Mesa (USA) colt for $28,000 and Peter Ford Thoroughbreds picked up a Denman/Electric Current filly for $30,000.
Two Bays Farm achieved an average of $45,600 in the select session, relative to an overall average of $23,392.
We were really pleased to see our sixth foal, a Wanted/Tonic filly, go to Kirin Park, the home of Tonic’s strapper during her racing days.
Thank you to all the purchasers of our horses. We wish you the best of luck with them.
